genin jutsu

genin and higher can use these jutsu

Transformation jutsu, sexy jutsu, substitution jutsu, clone jutsu (not the one naruto has only 1 clone), fireball jutsu (must be in the uchiha clan), barrage of lions, mind transfer jutsu, shadow possesion jutsu, human boulder, leaf whirlwind, waterball jutsu (must be in the rain or mist village or be taught by sensei thats from those 2 villages), puppet technique. All those must be taught by sensei instead of the first 4 jutsu.
