now this is very similar to the clone jutsu, just... you sap water out of the air... and the clones will reform after someone hits them.

so... just focus your chakra evenly throughout your body. then breathe in, and you should take in enough water vapor to make some clones

haha... don't worry, the more you practice the water clones, the better you will get. remember, they are helpful because they always reform

Now there is a similar technique called mist clone... you can make more because you don't have to suck in water vapor, just mold your chakra into the air.. the cons to this move is that the clone just disappear
